Alyssa leads Azolla Hydrogen's financial strategy, including capital raising, project financing, and the company's next phase of growth. With more than 14 years of experience advising founder-led and growth-stage businesses, she brings deep expertise in strategic finance, governance, and building scalable financial operations.

Collin Jefferies
Collin oversees the development and deployment of Azolla Hydrogen’s Biodrome units into on-site hydrogen production fuelling stations across North America. With previous experience working on large scale builds within the energy and construction industries - he has an eye for quality and bringing projects to completion with excellent execution.
Lead, Product Growth
Dillon Mazerolle
Dillon oversees the overall product strategy and supports customers in adopting hydrogen today by linking market needs with Azolla’s commercial offerings in sustainable on-site hydrogen production, storage and supply. Dillon has spent 10 years supporting the adoption of emerging energy initiatives by combining his experience in technology development, market strategy, economics, and identifying policy/regulatory opportunities.

Chad Badry
Chad leads Azolla Hydrogen's business development strategy, building strategic partnerships and advancing commercial opportunities to accelerate the adoption of scalable hydrogen infrastructure. With decades of experience across the industrial gases and hydrogen sectors, he brings deep expertise in customer engagement, market development, and delivering practical hydrogen solutions.
Product R&D Engineer
Jose Velasco
Jose advances Azolla’s hydrogen production technology by integrating product development, process engineering, and project support to enhance system performance and guide efficient station deployments. With a PhD in Chemical Engineering and a history in clean energy innovation and process design, Jose applies deep technical expertise to support decarbonization pathways and drive meaningful impact within Azolla’s high-performing team.
Accounting Technician
Rhonda Henrion
Rhonda manages both internal and external transactions with vendors and clients to ensure Azolla Hydrogen’s operations run smooth and efficient, fostering strong relationships and clear communication that support the success of every project. Her extensive practice in bookkeeping for professional firms and business ventures brings confidence to Azolla and the partners we work with.
Operational Excellence Manager
Katey Warrener
Katey administers Azolla Hydrogen’s quality, health and safety processes; ensuring strict adherence to programs, processes and standards while also promoting efficiency and consistency. Her previous experience as a QHSE professional working in industrial applications brings extensive knowledge of process management to Azolla.

Blair Goertzen was the President and CEO of Enerflex and brings senior leadership experience from IPEC Ltd., Precision Drilling, and Enserv Corporation. Mr. Goertzen serves on the board of Keyera, one of Canada’s largest midstream oil and gas operators servicing oil and gas producers in Western Canada.

Under his leadership, Upside earned the privilege of becoming one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies before selling to Hatch Ltd. Mr. Evans is a passionate leader always searching for new technology innovations to improve business performance.
